Clauses in Your New Will
Your New Will shall comprise several clauses (subject related paragraphs) which detail your wishes and shall include the following subject matter:-

- Paying Just Debts and directions/powers to your executors;
- Four legacies clauses including money, an item and heritable property with or without liferent;
- Sole Beneficiary or Multiple Beneficiaries with ability to choose alternative beneficiaries, percentage inheritance, survivorship and representation provision, and sharing out among surviving Beneficiaries should one or more fail to survive you;
- Trust provision for Beneficiaries under the age of eighteen;
- Appointment of Executors;
- Guardianship Clauses;
- Executor Powers;
- Revoking Previous Wills;
- Domicile Scotland;
- Wishes regarding your remains.
